Your username is usually equivalent to the first portion of your school email address and follows the below format:

双因素身份验证(2FA), requiring you to confirm your identity via a subsequent phone prompt, makes doubly sure that students and faculty are securely accessing myUnion applications.

You are only required to setup 1 of the below authentication methods.

选项1. Okta验证(推荐!)
Okta Verify is an App you can add to your smartphone and pair with your myUnion login.
输入myUnion用户名和密码后, a login approval request will immediately pop up on your phone for approval
步骤1. Download Okta Verify App from your phone's app store
- 登录myUnion with your myUnion username and password
- Select "Okta Verify 设置" as your authentication method

步骤2. Scan myUnion QR code with Okta Verify App to Complete phone pairing

- Select "send push" to send login request to your smartphone

谷歌身份验证 is an App you can add to your smartphone and pair with your myUnion login.

选项4. 手机短信验证
Choosing the 手机短信验证 method will allow you to access myUnion without a smartphone.
输入myUnion用户名和密码后, a text message with a code will be sent to your cellphone. 然后您将在web浏览器中输入该代码.

- 登录myUnion with your myUnion username and password
- Select "手机短信验证" as your authentication method

- Confirm your cellphone number's validity by entering received code in web browser

选项3. 语音呼叫鉴权
Choosing the Voice Authentication method will allow you to access myUnion with and without a cellphone.

- 登录myUnion with your myUnion username and password
- Select "语音呼叫鉴权" as your authentication method

Adding your cellphone number or personal email address on the myUnion settings page will permit you to instantly reset your password without needing to contact techsupport.
- 登录myUnion
- 进入“设置页面”
(menu link under your name on the top right of the screen) - 点击“Edit Profile”绿色按钮
- Click the "Edit" button on the "Personal Information" section
(allows you to add a personal email for password recovery) - Click the "Edit" button on "Forgot Password Text Message" section
(allows you to add a cellphone number for password recovery)
常见问题的
如何解决“无法登录”错误信息?
单击“需要帮助登录”?" text below the blue "Sign In" button will provide you with the following resources:

- myUnion Techsupport 帮助 Page (takes you to this page)
"忘记了密码" and "解锁帐户" will both allow you to reset your password by confirming your identity. Enter your College email address for the email reset (will not work if you have not previously set up a recovery email account.)
另外, if you've already s科克大学essfully set up SMS Second Factor Authentication, you can enter your cellphone number for the SMS reset.
